All colo servers are located in the Chicago Board of Trade in Chicago. They have multiple connections to the Internet, redundant power sources, and control panels. All hosting plans are subject to our Terms of Service policy. We offer a 99% uptime Service Level Agreement on our network.

All plans include (on indivdiual servers only):

• Free Remote Reboot Port on a APC PDU
• Bandwidth from NTT, XEEN, PCCW, XO, L3, Global Crossing, WvFiber, AT&T
• Red Hat, CentOS, Slackware, FreeBSD, or Windows 2003 Server
• cPanel, Plesk, Helm, Fantastico, RvSkin, Direct Admin, Windows 2003 Server
