All servers are located in datacenters around the United States. We use Dual Xeon Dell™ servers with RAID disk arrays running CentOS (RHEL). They have multiple connections to the Internet, redundant power sources, and are backed up nightly. We offer a 99.5% uptime Service Level Agreement on our hosting plans; view a sample of our uptime here. All hosting plans are subject to our Terms of Service policy.
